1:1 Nutrition coaching: for healthy weight & Athletic performance

The 1:1 nutrition coaching with Natalia comes in a bundle of three tailored sessions to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to achieve a healthier weight, or you are preparing for a competition or sport, I can support you through your journey! I am currently registering interest for 2025! Nutrition sessions can be face to face at the Wellness Barn in Edinburgh, or online . You can also have a combination of face to face and virtual within your bundle.

Why a Bundle of 3?

Nutrition coaching focuses on creating lasting behaviour changes and building new habits, not just offering quick advice. That’s why a minimum of three sessions is recommended to truly explore what influences your eating habits.

The first session dives into your background—your circumstances, challenges, triggers, relationship with food, emotional eating tendencies, and any misconceptions you may have. We’ll also set goals using evidence-based techniques. You will have access to educational videos and to an APP where you can track your progress and have access to your coach.

Between the first and second sessions, you’ll complete food diaries, submit receipts, and share photos of your meals (through the APP). This information will be analysed to create a realistic plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals. The second session will also include general nutrition education.

Afterward, you’ll have 12 weeks to implement your new plan, supported by regular check-ins with your coach via the APP. The third session focuses on tracking progress, refining your approach, and expanding your nutrition knowledge.
